While it is strongly recommended that you do, just as an extra precaution, we would certainly not turn you away if all you have are sandals.

The earlier the better! Our times tend to fill up more the closer it is to the date.

Children under 4 years of age are free of charge. The only exception would be our shuttle service if you intend to use a child seat, in which case you would need to select the “under 4 years old” option.

Yes, we can! We offer a round-trip shuttle service to transport guests to and from our location. Our West Shuttle service is for pickup and drop off around the Western districts (hotels and resorts around Georgetown and along the 7-mile strip as well as the cruise ship terminal) and the East Shuttle service is for pickups within the Eastern districts (from Beach Bay, Morritt’s and the Wyndham, East End and North Side to Kaibo and Cayman Kai), depending on where your hotel or resort is located.

Each shuttle package has a drop-down menu where you can select your pickup point. If your desired pickup location is not listed, however, you may send us a quick email to confirm whether we would be able to accommodate you.

No swimming! We do have our lovely Lake Cave, but it is only for viewing (and taking awesome pics!)

You can expect warm to hot temperatures in the caves. Typically, it would be the same temperature as outside, if not a few degrees warmer. We recommend you dress lightly and bring a refillable water container, as we do have a water cooler in our seating area where you would be able to top up.

We do not allow wheelchairs, walking aides, crutches, or strollers as they are poorly suited for the terrain.

We do not provide any discounts currently, aside from our resident rate.

We only offer guided tours. They are 90 minutes in duration, every hour on the hour from 9:00AM to 4:00PM. Some days we may close early during slow season due to low volumes, so it is recommended that you prebook or call or email us in advance.

We do! So long as availability allows. We would still recommend you book in advance if possible, either online of over the phone.

No pets.

You do not need to have a tour booking to visit our Treehouse Restaurant or gift shop. You need only stop at the front ticket office so that we can give you wristbands to have one of our drivers shuttle you down to the treehouse area.
